Real money goes first
When you play with a bonus, your real money is used before bonus money, and wins from bets placed with bonus money go to your bonus balance.

Fair play
Low-risk bets, such as red and black together in roulette or player and banker together in baccarat, do not count towards wagering, and demo play does not count either. Leaving rounds or bonus features unfinished until wagering requirements no longer apply, or making another deposit while those features remain available, is prohibited. Placing maximum bets on high-variance games solely to inflate wagering requirements or using extra accounts to claim bonuses also counts as abuse. We void bonuses and related winnings when we determine that a promotion has been abused.

Deposits
The minimum deposit is €20, and the maximum depends on the method you pick. For crypto-denominated accounts, the minimum deposits are 0.00036 BTC, 0.012 ETH, 0.51 LTC and 20 USDT. Crypto deposits below the applicable minimum are neither credited nor refunded. If your account uses a fiat currency, its minimum applies even when you fund it with cryptocurrency. We charge no deposit fee, though your bank may charge its own. Every deposit must come from an account in your own name, and winnings from a deposit made with someone else's account are confiscated. Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed, and before you play in BTC you need to pass an ID check.
Withdrawals
Each deposit has to be wagered three times before you withdraw it, and if you make several deposits without playing, the combined total must be wagered. If this is not met, we may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal. Our payment team approves cashouts from 7am UTC on Monday until 4pm UTC on Friday, and requests sent after that wait until Monday morning. Bank transfer payouts are unavailable in US dollars. Verification

Changing a limit
Lowering a limit takes effect straight away. Raising one needs e-mail confirmation and only happens after your current limit of that type has run out.
Cooling-off
Take a break for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. During the break you cannot make fiat deposits and you are left out of promotions, but you can still withdraw, and your account reopens by itself when the period ends. Some crypto deposits may still go through while a break is active.
Self-exclusion
Choose 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or an indefinite period. Your account is disabled immediately and you are excluded from promotions. Fiat deposits are blocked, although some crypto deposits may still be processed because of how cryptocurrency payments work. Our support team can arrange a manual withdrawal of your remaining balance, including those crypto deposits, within our usual limits and after verification if we require it.
